We provide a quick and easy way of obtaining a reliable reference. An individual completes
a statement about their position and invites their referees to contribute through
a structured form. The completed reference provides ratings and textual comment
on a series of commonly accepted areas of performance. Contributors can be
identified and their public profile viewed for further insight.
Referees are only contacted once and they find it easy to contribute as the
structure of the form leads them through all the key areas they should address.
The completed reference can be kept by the subject and disclosed to a future employer
or manager when needed.
