- Simple online tracking of CPD activities
- Permissions system to allow disclosure of CPD to employers and professional bodies
- Multiple logs
- Validation of entries can be handled by the website, if required
Tracking professional development is widely recognised as good practice across business and the public sector and is recognised for almost every trade or profession. However,
tracking this over time has always been problematic as conventional log books are not easily accessible and can be lost or stolen.
We provide a simple online logging capability that has fields designed to be flexible enough to map across to most common schemes. Alternatively, we can create a log
to reflect a particular organisation's requirements. Site users simply pull
an empty CPD Log profile from the shelf. Each time they carry out some CPD activity they can log this with a new entry in their log. By using the site’s permissions system for disclosure, they can share their log with other people such as their
manager or professional body.
If log entries need to be validated, the site handles contacting nominated validators
and tracking their sign off. If a user needs more than one log they can store as many as they wish in their account, thus building up comprehensive evidence of their CPD over time.
